Two more celebrity contestants are terminated in the second episode of 'The New Celebrity Apprentice'.

AceShowbiz - "The Celebrity Apprentice" season 8 returned with its second episode on Monday, January 9. The drama-filled outing began with the teams being tasked with producing a live 8-10 minute health segment to promote Welch's grape juice. Laila Ali stepped up as Team Prima's project manager, while Chael Sonnen led Team Arete.

The men decided to stage a talk show, but there was a disagreement about whether to kick off the presentation with a song or not. The ladies, now down to just six, had a harder time setting on an idea, especially when Ali rejected things that she found "silly." They finally settled on a talk show concept too, but Kyle Richards and Brooke Burke worried that it wasn't fun enough.

After two straight wins, the guys were confident, until the Welch's executives assessed their presentation and said that they didn't like the guys' all-over-the-place product. Team Arete lost for the first time and they started arguing about who should be fired. The ladies, meanwhile, raised $50,000 for Ali and the Women's Sports Foundation.

Sonnen chose to bring Eric Dickerson and Ricky Williams back into the boardroom. Sonnen argued that Williams turned on him and Dickerson wasn't passionate enough. Arnold Schwarzenegger said he was ready to fire Sonnen, but due to Dickerson's lack of "hunger" and "care," he was terminated.

For the second challenge in the episode, the teams had to create a viral video for King's Hawaiian new BBQ sauce. Snooki was in charge for the women's team and Matt Iseman volunteered to be Team Arete's project manager.

Team Prima came up with two concepts, Richards' "saucy housewives" and Ali's "double dipping." Lisa Leslie volunteered to direct, but then butted heads with Ali and Porsha Williams, accusing her teammates of plotting to throw her under the bus. Snooki called most of the footage Leslie directed a "s**t show" and she and Williams had to make bold changes to make up for Leslie's poor directing.

Team Arete went with a football theme and a "hot woman" idea. Tension arose as Iseman accused Boy George of pulling a "diva more" for complaining about people wasting his time. Carson Kressley was fully committed during the shoot, resulting in him being injured after the mock football game.

The execs liked the product appeal and viral potential in the ladies' "double dipping" video, but thought that it had no brand recognition. On the other hand, the men made better use of their celebrity and had good production value. Team Arete scored their third win and was awarded $50,000 for the Arthritis Foundation.

Richards complained that her idea was corrupted. Snooki realized the editing was the problem, so she chose to keep Williams and Leslie with her in the boardroom. Leslie blamed Snooki for approving Williams' edits, while Williams said Leslie was at fault due to her poor directing. As the two ladies yelled at each other, Snooki cried and said that she wanted to take the fault.

"I feel like I don't belong here," she said through tears. "I don't want to see you guys fight." As the former "Jersey Shore" star volunteered to leave, Schwarzenegger then said, "I'm sorry to say, you're terminated."
