AceShowbiz - Todd Fisher has confirmed that Carrie Fisher and Debbie Reynolds will have a joint funeral. During a interview on Friday, December 30, he revealed that the two legendary actresses would be buried next to each other and "among friends" at Forest Lawn Memorial Park.

Bette Davis, Lucille Ball, Buster Keaton, Florence Henderson and Paul Walker are among famous faces buried at the memorial park. But Todd picked the location because of his mom's love for Liberace, who also rests there, and hummingbirds.

"My mother loves hummingbirds, and had hummingbirds in her yard," he explained. "We were going all over the place, and we got to this one place to look at this one thing, these hummingbirds came, and it was just like 'fait accompli,' as my mother would say."

No date for the funeral has been set, said Todd who also added that the event would be private. A public memorial is being considered , but no plans have been finalized.

Carrie died on December 27 following a massive heart attack. Her mom Debbie passed away at the age of 84 on the next day after telling Todd that she already missed Carried and wanted to be with her.

In the Friday interview, Todd also responded to many people who believed that Debbie died from grief over losing her daughter. "She didn't die of a broken heart. She just left to be with Carrie," he said, adding that his mom's death after his sister's was "destiny." "[Debbie] didn't want to leave Carrie and did not want her to be alone," he shared.
