Bruce Bozzi, who's married to the 24-year-old beauty's dad Bryan Lourd, praises the late actresses and shows support for his stepdaughter in the letter shared on Instagram.

AceShowbiz - It's been a tough week for Billie Lourd. Following the devastating deaths of her mom Carrie Fisher and grandmother Debbie Reynolds, her stepfather Bruce Bozzi tried to comfort her by penning a letter he posted on Instagram Thursday, December 29.
Bozzi shared a photo of Lourd standing between Fisher and Reynolds at her college graduation. In the caption, he emotionally gushed over the late actresses and recalled the good time they spent together in addition to showing his support for the "Scream Queens" star.
"@praisethelourd it's an honor to be your Stepfather," he began his touching letter. "This day, your NYU grad day we had so much fun! Yankee Stadium your mom and I laughed our a**es off, as she kept one fantastic line coming after the other - no less when we all fell asleep the night before in the smaller ceremony because it was so boring."
He also praised Reynolds for being "the kindest most loving" grandmother to his daughter Ava and told Lourd that "the strength of [her mother and grandmother] live so vibrantly in you." He concluded the post, "I've been lucky enough to see this for a decade! Many decades to come.... heaven just got a s**t load more fun!!!! I love you."
Bozzi is the husband of Lourd's father Bryan Lourd. The two men had been in a longtime relationship before they got married this past October. The 24-year-old actress and his stepdad are pretty close. Two months ago, she shared a photo of her and Bozzi from the wedding and captioned it, "#likestepfatherlikestepdaughter #mugshotsarehot #starebandb #blaseontheoutsideblessedontheinside @brucebozzi."
