The 'America's Got Talent' presenter can't wait to be back home and work on his new projects, 'I can't sit here dormant no more.'

AceShowbiz - Nick Cannon keeps a positive outlook amid his hospitalization due to lupus complications. The "America's Got Talent" host took to Instagram to give an update on his health after he got a surprise visit from his pal, actor/comedian Kevin Hart.
"I'm still in the hospital, but I'm about to get out of here for real, and I'm letting you know we about to take it to a whole new level. I've just been sitting here reflecting and I can't sit here dormant no more," he said in a video message, hinting at multiple projects including new music, stand-up comedy, movies and TV shows.
"I'm about to take it to a whole new level, different stratosphere, different mesosphere. I'm sitting here just getting stronger ... I want you to go on this journey with me 'cause I appreciate all the love. I didn't know y'all loved me like that...We all are stronger 'cause we made it through 2016 and we're gonna keep going."
Just a couple days ago, Kevin Hart came to visit Cannon. "So happy to see my brother @nickcannon getting back to himself. Nothing but love for you man..... #GetWellNick #Ncredible," the "Central Intelligence" actor wrote on Instagram.
Cannon responded, "Man, so many loving strong vibrations came to visit me in the hospital today! Thank you to EVERYONE for all the gifts, messages, comments, the time, the love and the prayers... I'm getting there!!! And once I'm back... it's about to be #Ncredible."
