AceShowbiz - Wedding bells are on the way for Kelsea Ballerini. The 23-year-old country/pop music crooner said yes when her boyfriend, Australian musician Morgan Evans, popped the big question. He proposed to her after nine months of dating.
The bride-to-be was grinning from ear-to-ear while showing off her new ring on Instagram and Twitter. "I GET TO MARRY MY AUSSIE. my heart is bursting from loving this human so much. luckiest girl in the world," she tweeted. Her groom gushed on Instagram, "When you know, you know ... she's perfect. #ultimatedibs."
"This morning, 9 months and 13 days later, he got down on one knee in the kitchen while I was burning pancakes and asked me to marry him. Loving him has been the greatest gift of my life. And now I get to do it for life. #HECALLEDDIBS," Ballerini wrote on her own IG page.
The ring boasted a stunning cushion-cut diamond surrounded with smaller rocks. "I had the ring custom made with a diamond I picked from a local designer here in Nashville," 31-year-old Evans, 31, told PEOPLE. "I wanted it to be classic and beautiful, like her."
