Due to the malfunction of the cover that the actor wore to protect his front part, the 'Guardians of the Galaxy' hunk showed more than he bargained for on the filming set.

AceShowbiz - "Passengers (2016)" has hit theaters since December 21 and it has more highlights than its premise about two spacecraft passengers who endure an extremely long journey to a new planet. Chris Pratt's naked butt is one of the scene-stealers in the sci-fi romance.
But for those on the set during the filming of that particular scene, they could see more than that. Thanks to the malfunction of the cover Chris wore to protect his modesty, Chris went fully naked on the set and the movie crew could see everything.
"There was one moment where I'm in the shower. It was the last scene we shot at the very end of a long week," he told USA Today. "I just remember I had this like dance belt on which is essentially glued or taped to the front to cover up that part. And the water was rolling down and it kept coming undone. And so I was like, 'Just stop, forget it.' And I did the whole scene. I was actually fully naked. And I knew everyone could see it. I didn't care, I wanted to go home."
Rather than pausing and asking the crew to fix the problem, Chris decided to keep shooting the scene. He went on recalling, "It was like, what was I going to do, dry me off, apply another thing and take another 10 minutes to do that? Or just shoot the scene. So, everyone saw..."
The most private part of Chris' body was kept hidden from screen though, thanks to the magic of camera editing. Chris was so proud of his butt as he boasted about the shower scene before the movie release.

"Passengers" follows the story of Jim (Chris Pratt) and Aurora (Jennifer Lawrence) who are in an induced hibernation on a spaceship heading to another planet. Due to a malfunction, they wake up 90 years earlier than their landing schedule. The two find themselves struggling to fight loneliness and eventually falling in love with each other.
