AceShowbiz - Blake Shelton is seemingly ready to take his relationship with Gwen Stefani to the next level. Rumor has it, the "Sangria" hitmaker is ready to pop the question to the "Hollaback Girl" singer after dating for more than one year.
According to a source, Blake has been shopping for "diamond jewelry" for Gwen. "Blake [Shelton] has been shopping up a storm for Gwen [Stefani] and her boys [for Christmas]," the source says, "He basically bought everything Toys R' Us sells for young boys including Minecraft, Pokemon and Tech Deck supplies. He also likes to get the boys some good old country presents like real bows and arrows, which they shoot on his property."
"Blake is just as generous when it comes to Gwen. He really loves to spoil her. He won't say if he's going to propose or not, but he's definitely been shopping for diamond jewelry," the source tells HollywoodLife.com.
Gwen sparked engagement rumors back in May after she was spotted wearing suspicious band on that finger and according to another source, it was actually a major hint to Blake. "As far as the ring is concerned that was worn at Wango Tango, it is not an engagement ring from Blake but it is Gwen's attempt at giving Blake the hint that he should ask soon because she is more than ready for it to happen," said the source.
"During Wango Tango she didn't talk to anyone about actually being engaged because she is not yet, but she talked about how things were going great with Blake and how she was looking forward to the future," the source added, "She knows they both have their albums and their tour to worry about, and he has to deal with a few more weeks of 'The Voice' but if he is ready to pop the question she is ready to say yes!"
