AceShowbiz - Calgary duo Tegan and Sara is on mission to shoot a video for each track off their eighth album "Love You to Death", which was released on June 3. On Thursday, December 8, the Quin sisters unleashed a new clip, which was inspired by "Miami Vice" TV show, for their song "Dying to Know".

The video features the duo as puppets who are seen heading to Florida to cruise around in a white toy Lamborghini. Elsewhere in the clip, they are also stopping at a pay phone, beach-lounging and even whipping through the waves in a speed boat while singing, "I'm dying to know/ Is the one you ended up with everything you wanted?/ I'm dying to know."

Tegan Quin explained the concept a bit further to Billboard. "A few months ago I was watching a TV show about the '80s, and a scene from 'Miami Vice' with Don Johnson and Philip Michael Thomas came on... I remember thinking how cool it would be to have Sara and I remake the famous scene," she said.

She continued, "Sadly, neither of us can drive, nor did we have the time or funds to reshoot that famous scene in Miami. Instead we tapped director Nathan Boey in Vancouver to reshoot it using puppets! I think it might even be better with us as puppets than if we had been in it ourselves."

Tegan and Sara just wrapped the North American leg of their "Love You to Death" tour. They will kick off the European leg on January 29, 2017 at Rockefeller, Oslo.
