The 'Million Reasons' hitmaker, who recently revealed that she suffers from mental illness, gets the support of her ex-fiance for her charity.

AceShowbiz - While busy promoting her new album "Joanne", Lady GaGa still has time to share kindness through her Born This Way Foundation. She got support from her ex-fiance Taylor Kinney for the charity. On December 5, GaGa posted on her Instagram account a picture of Kinney and her mom, Cynthia Germanotta.

"At 30 Rockefeller center my charity the @btwfoundation also offers a place to send kind letters to people. @taylorkinney111 and my mom sent letters filled with kind words to soldiers fighting overseas. #ShareKindness," she captioned it.

This photo could be a hint at a reunion of the exes, who split in July. However, there has been no confirmation whether the two are back together again or not. Back in September, a report claimed that there was a chance that the former couple might find their way back to each other again.

Thousands of miles apart from her mom and ex-fiance, GaGa also shared kindness in the U.K. She posted on Instagram a picture of her at a local market and wrote along with it, "And since I can't be at 30 Rockefeller Center in NY today, I've decided to #ShareKindness across the pond on behalf of the @btwfoundation in London so I'm picking up some Italian Holiday Cakes, clothes and gift cards for local youth in need."

#ShareKindness is "Today" and NBCUniversal's celebration of kind acts both big and small. On behalf of the campaign, the singer recently visited Ali Forney Center, which is a shelter for homeless LGBT youth located in Harlem. "Kindness to me is an action of love or a showing of love to someone else. I also believe that kindness is the cure to violence and hatred around the world. I like to share kindness in a lot of different ways," she claimed.

"I don't have the same kind of issues that you have," she said to the kids during her visit. "But I have a mental illness and I struggle with that every day so I need my mantra to help keep me relaxed. You are brave. You are courageous," she told them. "One way to help people that have trauma is to inject them with as many as positive thoughts as possible. It's priceless," she explained.

GaGa, who revealed in 2014 that she was sexually assaulted at the age of 19, said, "I told the kids today that I suffer from a mental illness. I suffer from PTSD. I've never told anyone that before, so here we are." She continued, "But the kindness that's been shown to me by doctors, as well as my family and my friends, it's really saved my life."

"What's really important is to remind kids, who are suffering from a traumatic experience, that they're not alone and that they're loved," she said. "I'm not better than any of those kids. I'm not worse than any of them. We're equal. We both walk our two feet on the same earth. We're on this together. Kindness is the way," she added.
