The Dominators have Supergirl and the Legends of Tomorrow under mind control, pitting them against The Flash and Arrow.

AceShowbiz - The CW has just kicked off its four-way crossover event in the new episode of "Supergirl". Based on a promo for the second part that will air as a new episode of "The Flash", things heat on as the superheroes fight against aliens known as the Dominators.
Caitlin Snow says the aliens "have them under mind control," before The Flash and Arrow are seen trying to calm down Supergirl and the Legends of Tomorrow. It doesn't work though, as Thea later tries to shoot The Flash with her arrow.
Titled "Invasion!", the new episode of "The Flash" airs Tuesday, November 29 at 8/7c on The CW. When aliens called the Dominators attack Central City, Barry speeds over to Star City to ask the Green Arrow for help in stopping them. Realizing the battle against the Dominators is bigger than they thought, they track down the Legends of Tomorrow, and Barry and Cisco create a breach to bring back a secret weapon - Supergirl.
Once all of the super friends are assembled, they come up with a plan to attack but a shocking secret related to Flashpoint is revealed and suddenly no one is sure who they can trust. Meanwhile, Wally wants to join the battle against the aliens but Iris tells him he's not ready.
