When stopping by BBC Radio 1, Lil Chano took a quick moment to send his prayers to the 'Fade' hitmaker who was hospitalized in Los Angeles.

AceShowbiz - Chance the Rapper stopped by BBC Radio 1Xtra for a "Live Lounge" performance before his show at Brixton Academy in London. Lil Chano performed two songs, one of which was a Drake cover, while the other was the song he turned into a prayer for his close collaborator Kanye West.

During his live set with The Social Experiment, the Chicago rapper turned Drake's upbeat "Feel No Ways" into an acoustic ballad. The piano-driven cover kicked off with Chance's soft voice. Towards the end of the song, the rapper changed the lyrics to "I'm messing up all of Drake's words on purpose."

Chance also performed a rendition of "All We Got". Donnie Trumpet and The Social Experiment kicked off the song with trumpet and piano sound. In the middle of his performance, Chance took a moment to send his prayers to Kanye West who was hospitalized in Los Angeles.

"I want to extend a very special prayer to my big brother Kanye West," he said. "I know it's a lot of weird folks out there, but you already know I'm a hundred grand. I just want to extend this prayer and extend this love from all the way in Britain. We might come home early to see this. Happy Thanksgiving."

When asked about Kanye, the rapper said, "I think everybody goes through it. And I think right now, probably what he needs more than anything is his real, close friends and family around."

Earlier this year, Chance and Kanye worked together on several tracks. The 23-year-old rapper was featured on Kanye's "Ultralight Beam", while the "Fade" hitmaker contributed his vocals on single "All We Got" from Chance's latest album "Coloring Book".
