AceShowbiz - Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi are reportedly so close to ending their marriage. Just weeks after they celebrated their eighth wedding anniversary, In Touch suggests that the pair are heading for a divorce as they've been "arguing more than ever."
The two have reportedly been fighting a lot over various things including DeGeneres' drinking problem, money and de Rossi's career. "They've had heated debates about Ellen's controlling behavior and her anger issues," says a source.
"They fight over Ellen's drinking, her lavish spending - mostly on real estate - plus her busy work schedule and how she doesn't want Portia to work," the source continues, adding that the divorce would likely be very messy due to DeGeneres' $345 million fortune.
"[DeGeneres and de Rossi] always seem to be on the verge of a breakup over one crisis or another, but now a divorce is imminent. A good chunk of Ellen's fortune is at stake," the insider claims. "This could be one of Hollywood's most expensive, ugliest and dirtiest divorces ever."
But fans shouldn't have to worry about the duo because their marriage turns out to be perfectly fine. Gossip Cop has denied the latest breakup report, saying that they have contacted their own source who brands the In Touch story "ridiculous."
