AceShowbiz - Two songs off the highly-anticipated "The Hamilton Mixtape" have been released. They are Kelly Clarkson's rendition of "It's Quiet Uptown" and The Roots' remix of "Rise Up", titled "My Shot", featuring Fun.'s Nate Ruess, Busta Rhymes and Joell Ortiz.

In "It's Quiet Uptown", Kelly sings, "If you see him in the street walking by himself/ Talking to himself, have pity/ You would like it uptown, it's quiet uptown/ He is working through the unimaginable/ His hair has gone grey, he passes every day/ They say he walks the length of the city/ You knock me out, I fall apart/ Can you imagine?"

She later tweets, "Recording It's Quiet Uptown while being pregnant with my son was one of the hardest things I've ever done in my life. #HamiltonMixtape."

In "My Shot", Black Thought raps, "I said I'm not throwin' away my shot/ I said I'm not throwin' away my shot/ Yo I'm just like my country/ I'm young, scrappy and hungry/ And I'm not throwin' away my shot."

Busta adds, "Rise up/ If you livin' on your knees, you rise up/ Tell your brother that he's gotta rise up/ Tell your sister that she's gotta rise up/ When are folks like me and you gonna rise up?/ Every city, every hood, we need to rise up/ All my soldiers, what's good?/ We need to rise up/ We ain't got no other choice, we need to rise up/ Rise up!"

The "Hamilton Mixtape" also features songs from Nas, Alicia Keys, Jimmy Fallon, Wiz Khalifa, Ashanti, Ben Folds, Regina Spektor, Queen Latifah, Common, Usher, Sia Furler and Chance The Rapper. The 23-track album is set to be released on December 2.
