The fomer country darling recalled in the just-released deposition how DJ David Mueller, who's suing her over the groping allegations, touched her butt during a meet-and-greet three years ago.

AceShowbiz - Taylor Swift managed to convince a judge to seal a photo allegedly proving that she was once groped by DJ David Mueller. However, the 26-year-old pop diva couldn't do anything when the transcript of her July 26 deposition about the incident was made public.
The transcript was released by Billboard over the weekend and it featured Swift detailing how she was groped and what she felt about it. The former country star recalled that Mueller, who worked for Denver's KYGO radio station at the time, inappropriately touched her backside while they were posing together during a meet-and-greet following her concert.
"Right as the moment came for us to pose for the photo, he took his hand and put it up my dress and grabbed onto my ass cheek and no matter how much I scooted over it was still there," Swift shared. "It was completely intentional, I've never been so sure of anything in my life."
She went on saying that the groping left her feeling "frantic, distressed, feeling violated in a way I had never experienced before." She explained, "A meet-and-greet is supposed to be a situation where you're thanking people for coming, you're supposed to be welcoming people into your home, which is the arena for that day, and for someone to violate that hospitality in that way, I was completely stunned."
Mueller, who insists that he never inappropriately touched Swift, sued the singer after her groping allegations prompted KYGO to fire him. The "Shake It Off" hitmaker later countersued the DJ for assault and battery, and filed the deposition in hope she would win the case without going to trial. She has previously stated that she will donate any money she might get from the case to organizations that work to protect women from sexual assault.
