Cox's Frank-N-Furter will sing the song, which was performed by Tim Curry in the 1975 film, when she reveals herself to the audience and Brad (Ryan McCartan) and Janet (Victoria Justice).

AceShowbiz - FOX has released Laverne Cox's cover of "Sweet Transvestite" from "The Rocky Horror Picture Show Event" ahead of the show's premiere. In between Cox's sexy rendition of the song, you can hear a man, presumably Brad (Ryan McCartan), asking if he can use Dr. Frank-N-Furter's (Cox) phone.

"Sweet Transvestite" was sung by Tim Curry, who played Frank N. Furter both in the original stage production and in the 1975 film. The song introduces the character to the audience and Brad and Janet, who is portrayed by Victoria Justice in the FOX remake.

"Sweet Transvestite", as well as other songs from the two-hour event such as "Dammit, Janet" and "Touch Me", will be featured in the soundtrack of the musical that will arrive on October 21, a day after the live musical production airs on FOX at 8 P.M. ET.

"The Rocky Horror Picture Show Event" also stars Staz Nair as Frank's creation Rocky, Ben Vereen as Dr. Scott, Christina Milian as Magenta, Reeve Carney as Riff Raff, Annaleigh Ashford as Columbia, Adam Lambert as Eddie and Tim Curry as the show's Criminologist Narrator. Kenny Ortega serves as director for the special.
