Coldplay Announces 2017 North American Tour Dates

The band will return to the United States and Canada for their ongoing 'A Head Full of Dreams Tour' beginning in August 2017.

AceShowbiz - Mark your calendar for Coldplay's 2017 North American leg of their ongoing "A Head Full of Dreams Tour". The band will return to the United States and Canada beginning from August to October next year.

"NORTH AMERICAN DATES ANNOUNCED! 18 new #AHFODtour shows confirmed for US & Canada in Aug/Sep/Oct 2017," the band posts on Instagram and Twitter. The 18-date trek kicks off at East Rutherford's MetLife Stadium on August 1, 2017 and wraps October 8, 2017 in San Diego.

Coldplay will next perform at MMRDA Grounds in Mumbai, India on November 19 before jetting off to Australia and New Zealand for 6 shows in December. The group will then embark on the European leg of their tour in June 2017.

The tour, which is launched in support of Coldplay's seventh studio album "A Head Full of Dreams", boasts extensive laser light and pyrotechnic visuals similar to the "Mylo Xyloto Tour". The audience are given Xylobands which flash synchronized lights to the music as they enjoy the show.
