AceShowbiz - "Gilmore Girls" is celebrating its 16th anniversary ahead of the release of "Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life" next month. To mark the occasion, Netflix has shared a new behind-the-scenes video featuring the cast reminiscing about their time filming the original series.

"It's fun and exciting to be around great memories," says Milo Ventimiglia, who reprises his role as Jess. "We had such a good time for so many years on the show," says Kelly Bishop, who plays Emily Gilmore.

"There's so many things that are my favorite about doing the show. But honestly, just playing this character is my favorite part," Lauren Graham shares. Liza Weil who plays Rory's friend Paris Geller adds, "Everybody feels very connected and bonded through this show."

Still to ring in the show's anniversary, Netflix transformed 200 coffee shops into pop-up versions of Luke's Diner on Wednesday, October 5. In Beverly Hills, fans lined up as early as 10 P.M. the night before to make sure they didn't miss the chance to get free coffee.

But there's more than that at Comoncy Cafe in Beverly Hills, California. Luke himself, Scott Patterson, was on hand to serve coffee to the fans. Meanwhile, Yanic Truesdale, who plays Michel, stopped by Comoncy-hosted pop-up in Studio City.

The four-part revival will arrive November 25 on Netflix. Alexis Bledel, Melissa McCarthy, Jared Padalecki, Keiko Agena, Matt Czuchry and Danny Strong are also returning for the continuation. Sutton Foster, Christian Borle and Kerry Butler are among new additions to the cast.
