The Republican nominee said Machado was 'the worst' Miss Universe winner after Hillary Clinton slammed him for his sexism during Monday night, September 26's presidential debate.

AceShowbiz - Donald Trump couldn't stop making disgusting comments about former Miss Universe Alicia Machado. After Hillary Clinton brought up her name and publicly discussed his sexism during the presidential debate, the Republican nominee continued to attack the former beauty queen and called her "the worst" on "Fox and Friends" Tuesday morning.

At the Monday night, September 26 debate, Clinton criticized Trump for his negative remarks about a lot of women, including Machado who was representing Venezuela when she won the beauty pageant in 1996. The 70-year-old businessman, who owned the pageant at the time, later called her "Miss Piggy" for gaining a lot of weight after being crowned.

"And one of the worst things he said was about a woman in a beauty contest. He loves beauty contests, supporting them and hanging around them. And he called this woman 'Miss Piggy.' Then he called her 'Miss Housekeeping,' because she was Latina," Clinton said. "Donald, she has a name. Her name is Alicia Machado and she has become a U.S. citizen and you can bet she's going to vote this November."

On Tuesday, Trump revisited the topic on "Fox and Friends" and explained why he thought Machado was the "worst" Miss Universe winner. "She was the worst we ever had. The worst. The absolute worst," Trump said. "She was impossible. She was a Miss Universe contestant and ultimately a winner, who they had a tremendously difficult time with as Miss Universe."

"And she gained a massive amount of weight, and it was a real problem. We had a real problem. Not only that, her attitude. We had a real problem with her," he continued. "Hillary went back into the years, and she found this girl. This was many years ago. She found the girl and talked about her like she was Mother Teresa. It wasn't quite that way. That's okay. Hillary has to do what she has to do."

After she officially became a U.S. citizen, Machado announced via her social media account that she'd be voting for Clinton at the upcoming election. Recently, she appeared in a campaign ad for Clinton in which she recalled how Trump treated her after she won Miss Universe 20 years ago. She admitted to feeling humiliated when he brought reporters to watch her work out.

Following the Monday debate, she once again showed support for the Democratic nominee as she posed with a U.S. passport. "I received my passport ! I'm ready to vote For my country for you @HillaryClinton for my daughter For women workers," she tweeted.
