AceShowbiz - The "Will & Grace" stars' reunion is now explained. After some photos they shared over the weekend and followed with a 20-second teaser, Debra Messing, Eric McCormack, Megan Mullally and Sean Hayes return as their characters in an election-themed video.
Released on Monday, September 26 ahead of the first debate between Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton, the video features the beloved characters talking about the merits of the two presidential nominees. Will (McCormack) and Grace (Messing) school their pal Karen (Mullally) who supports Trump despite his anti-immigrant policy.
Jack (Hayes) then arrives, complaining about Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt's divorce announcement which happened on the same week he was dumped his latest boyfriend. Jack is not sure whether he's going to use his right to vote, so Will and Grace try convince him to choose Mrs. Clinton.
When Jack asks a reason why he should vote for Mrs. Clinton, only this name is needed to win his support: Katy Perry. When told that the "Roar" singer supports the Democratic presidential nominee, Jack says, "Sorry, Kar, I'm with her."
