The 'Mr and Mrs Smith' co-stars have an 'ironclad' pre-nup that will make dividing their $400M fortune easier, though the pair will still have a battle over custody of their six children.

AceShowbiz - Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie won't have trouble dividing their assets after their divorce. According to TMZ, the power couple does have an "ironclad" pre-nuptial agreement that clearly states who will walk away with what.

The pair, who are said to be worth over $400 million, have a total of 12 properties to split between them, all of which were acquired either before they were married or before they were even dating.

Pitt owns 7 of those properties while Jolie owns 2 of them. The other 3, including a vineyard in France, a mansion in New Orleans and an apartment in New York, were purchased together prior to their wedding in 2014. However, it's still unclear who bought them and how much they paid for it.

As pointed out by TMZ, Brangelina's biggest problem right now is the custody of their six kids. The pair have three adopted kids and three biological children including Shiloh as well as twins Knox and Vivienne.

When filing the divorce papers last Monday, September 19, Jolie asked for physical custody of their children and demanded judge give her estranged husband visitation rights only, something Pitt couldn't agree with.

"He wants to have a significant role in his kids' lives and he wants to be with them consistently, but he also wants them to be in the most protected and proper environment," a source recently told Us Weekly.
