The boy band surprised music lovers at the 2016 iHeartRadio Music Festival on Saturday, September 24 by joining Florida Georgia Line for a performance of 'Everybody (Backstreet's Back)'.

After Florida Georgia Line left the stage, Nick Carter, Howie Dorough, Brian Littrell, AJ McLean and Kevin Richardson, who announced their new Planet Hollywood residency in Las Vegas on Friday, performed their greatest hits including "I Want It That Way," "As Long as You Love Me" and "Larger Than Life".

With a Britney Spears headlining performance earlier in the night, fans were enjoying a most perfect throwback to the early 2000s' golden era of pop music. During her set, Britney performed "Work Bitch", "Womanizer", "I'm a Slave 4 U", "Toxic", "Stronger" and "(You Drive Me) Crazy" before launching into "Make Me..." with a surprise appearance by G-Eazy and "Do You Wanna Come Over?" from her new album, "Glory".

Other performers included Ariana Grande, Zedd, Sting, Usher and Pitbull.
