The 'Moneyball' actor is reportedly under investigation for allegedly getting physical with his children when he got wasted on a private jet, days before Angelina Jolie filed for divorce.

AceShowbiz - Brad Pitt is reportedly under investigation for child abuse. Two days after report emerged that Angelina Jolie's divorcing him because of his boozing habit and his "anger problem" that she considers dangerous for their kids, sources now say that it's indeed his parenting style that triggered Jolie to separate from him.
According to TMZ, Pitt was getting verbally abusive and physical with his children when he got wasted during a flight on a private jet on Wednesday, September 14, a day before Jolie decided to separate from him. The 52-year-old allegedly went wild and was screaming at the kids.
The sources say when the plane landed at an airport around 8 P.M., Pitt "continued his rant on the tarmac, and even tried leaving in one of the fuel trucks." Apparently someone either on the plane or the tarmac reported the incident to the L.A. County Dept. of Children and Family Services which, along with the LAPD, is currently investigating the supposed child abuse.
Words are, Pitt and Jolie have been interviewed and DCFS plans to interview the kids as well.
A source close to Pitt has defended him though, saying, "He takes the matter very seriously and says he did not commit any abuse of his children. It's unfortunate that people involved are continuing to present him in the worst possible light."
Jolie filed the divorce papers on Monday, September 19. She listed the date of separation as September 15, 2016 and is asking for physical custody of their 6 children, with visitation for Pitt.
