The Victoria's Secret model offends a number of real dancers as she models various outfits while pretending to be a ballerina in a video shared to promote her October cover.

AceShowbiz - Not everyone wants to see Kendall Jenner as a ballerina. The 20-year-old supermodel gets blasted on social media after she appears as a ballet dancer in a video recently shared by Vogue Espana to promote her October cover.

In the one-minute clip, the Victoria's Secret Angel stuns in various dress, tutus, shoes and leg warmers as she pretends to be a ballet dancer. "I had to grow up pretty fast, but I love being a kid. Run around, just not caring," she says while she dances, jumps and goofs around in a New York City studio.

"I like to be around people. People with good energy, that's gonna lift mine up... I love walking around; being able to be free. I just wanna continue doing what I'm doing. Be around my friends, and live a good life," she continues as she smiles and twirls her dress in front of the camera.

The video looks innocent and harmless, but some real ballerinas find it annoying and offensive because Kendall is nothing like a trained ballet dancer. They immediately took to Twitter to slam the model and Vogue, saying the magazine could've hired a real dancer for the photoshoot.

"Also Kendall Jenner's 'ballet' shoot has me so heated. Stay in you lane Kendall Jenner, ballet requires more talent than you will ever have," a Twitter user wrote. "The shoot was wrongfully appropriated. Dancers like Misty Copeland or Maddie Ziegler could have been way more powerful and graceful," another said. "Ballet is such high art and coming from someone who's spent years in the studio, it's almost offensive to see Kendall act 'cute' in it."

Neither Kendall nor Vogue has commented on the backlash. The "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star continues to promote the magazine's new issue by posting on her Instagram page some pictures taken from the shoot.
