AceShowbiz - Spice Girls is reportedly holding auditions to replace Melanie C and Victoria Adams. The remaining members of Spice Girls, Melanie Brown, Geri Halliwell and Emma Bunton, have apparently decided to recruit two new members via a talent show.

The trio are reportedly in talks with BBC with their idea for a talent show where they would judge wannabes looking to join the band, according to Mail Online. "The Spice Girls talent hunt will involve auditions and heats over five consecutive nights next April, culminating in a live final on BBC1," the site reports, "The winner will join the band for a gig in Hyde Park next July to mark the 21st anniversary of their first No 1 single, 'Wannabe'."

A representative for BBC says, "BBC Entertainment has lots of ideas in development but we never comment on details."

During a recent appearance on "The Late Late Show with James Corden", Mel B was asked if they ever thought about replacing Mel C and Victoria. "I don't think we could ever replace Sporty or Posh, but I would like to invite some people up on stage with us," she said, "That would be fun."

"We are going to do something us three," she told James Corden, "We're going to perform and celebrate together for the people. I think since we're a British band, we're probably going to start in London and then work our way around and see whoever else wants to see it."
