Drizzy purchased a house next to his $7.7 million mansion in Hidden Hills, California a year after he said on Future's song that he'd 'buy the neighbor's house if they complain about the noise.'

AceShowbiz - Drake was serious when he rapped on Future's "Where Ya at" that he'd "buy the neighbor's house if they complain about the noise." While it's unclear if his neighbors had problems with all the parties he threw, the rapper recently shelled out nearly $3 million to purchase a house next to his mansion in Hidden Hills, California.

According to Trulia, Drake purchased the ranch-style pad back in June for $2.85 million. Built in 1995, it boasts four bedrooms, five bathrooms and an open floor plan. There are also multiple fireplaces, a top-of-the-line gourmet kitchen and a secluded backyard with a swimming pool which make the house a perfect hangout spot for the Toronto native's massive team.

Before buying the property, Drake had been living next door in the larger house that he purchased back in 2012 for $7.7 million. The seven-bedroom, nine-bathroom pad also has a pool, which he claimed on his song "Summer Sixteen" was bigger than the pool in neighbor Kanye West's house.
