Oliver Queen and his new team consisting of the newly introduced vigilantes are going to protect Star City while Diggle, Thea and Quentin are away.

AceShowbiz - Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell) will be back in action with a new team when "Arrow" returns with its fifth season. Following Diggle, Thea and Quentin's decisions to take their separate ways in the fourth season finale, Oliver recruits new vigilantes to join Team Arrow.
Now, a look at the new team members has surfaced in the form of set photos posted on PUNKD Images' Twitter account. Taken during the filming in Vancouver, the pictures unveil Wild Dog (Rick Gonzalez), Curtis Holt (Echo Kellum) who suits up as Mister Terrific, and Evelyn Sharp a.k.a. Artemis (Madison McLaughlin). Evelyn previously impersonated the fallen Black Canary to seek revenge on Damien and Ruve Darhk for her parents' deaths.
There's also a glimpse of someone who is believed to be Vigilante, who is played by Josh Segarra. Vigilante is the alter ego of district attorney Adrian Chase, an ally of newly appointed Mayor Oliver Queen.#Arrow teaser from tonite... "Arrow" returns with the new season starting Wednesday, October 5 at 8/7c on The CW. Prometheus, armed with a bow and arrows just like Oliver, will be the main big bad in the fifth season. "The villain that we are introducing is a direct result of things that Oliver has done in Star City [and] calls back to a lot of things that happened in the first season of the show," Amell explained.
