The story follows a mother who sparks buzzes nationwide for her campaign protests and her estranged son who capitalizes on her fame and digs into her secretive past to pen her profile and ends up writing a scathing story about her.

Meryl Streep was last seen on the big screen in "Florence Foster Jenkins" and will next star in "Mary Poppins Returns". Meanwhile, she hasn't been seen on the small screen for a while. Her recent works on TV were PBS documentaries about the Roosevelts and the struggle for women's equality in the U.S.
