AceShowbiz - Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez filed for divorce last year, but none of them is trying to finalize it. The pair, in fact, are planning to stay married and let the divorce case be thrown out of court. However, that's not because they want a reconciliation.
TMZ was the first to report that the couple, who tied the knot in 2013, would be calling off their divorce. The site claimed that the actress and the French actor considered to give their marriage another chance after they did great job co-parenting their 3-year-old son Maceo.
But a source has told E! News that Berry still has no interest in getting back together with Martinez. She decided to put the divorce on hold because of "continued discussions about money and Maceo."
Berry and Martinez announced their split last year in a joint statement. "It is with a heavy heart that we have come to the decision to divorce. We move forward with love and respect for one another and the shared focus of what is best for our son," the twosome said at the time. "We wish each other nothing but happiness in life."
Prior to her relationship with Martinez, the former "Extant" actess was married to MLB star David Justice from 1993 to 1997 and to singer Eric Benet from 2001 to 2005.
