AceShowbiz - Marvel Studios has released a new "Doctor Strange" featurette for fans' viewing pleasure. The 1-minute sneak-peek offers some new details about the heroes and the villains, and features stars Chiwetel Ejiofor, Tilda Swinton and Mads Mikkelsen who talk about their roles Karl Mordo, the Ancient One and Kaecilius respectively.

Chiwetel says, "Well, he certainly is the intro to 'Doctor Strange' entering this universe." He explains how close his character Mordo with Tilda's, saying, "Mordo is very close with Ancient One played by Tilda Swinton. Together, both the Ancient One and Mordo sort of begin his training." Tilda says about her character, "She deals in magic, in real proper inner magic."

The video also presents comments from Marvel Studios Head Kevin Feige. "We call them the zealots, these are people who become seduced by what they find on the other side. He (Kaecilius) is interested in spilling the barriers between these dimensions," he says while Kaecilius is seen entering the temple. Mads says that Kaecilius is part of the temple. "If the majority is looking for the truth here, he is looking over there for the truth," he says.

Marvel's "Doctor Strange" follows the story of the talented neurosurgeon Doctor Stephen Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch) who, after a tragic car accident, must put ego aside and learn the secrets of a hidden world of mysticism and alternate dimensions.

Based in New York City's Greenwich Village, Doctor Strange must act as an intermediary between the real world and what lies beyond, utilizing a vast array of metaphysical abilities and artifacts to protect the Marvel cinematic universe.

Scott Derrickson directed the film from a script written by Jon Spaihts. "Doctor Strange" will hit U.S. theaters this year on November 4. The action fantasy movie also stars Rachel McAdams, Scott Adkins, Michael Stuhlbarg and Amy Landecker.
