AceShowbiz - What if you're told the life as you know it were not real? Evan Rachel Wood's Dolores Abernathy is going through such confusing situation in a new promo for upcoming HBO series "Westworld. Through intense footage, the latest sneak peek sets clear distinction between the reality and the imaginary world.

Problem arises when the androids created for a futuristic, adult-themed amusement park start to gain awareness about their situation or as Anthony Hopkins' Dr. Robert Ford puts it, "Our creatures have been misbehaving."

"You're not real," a little boy tells Dolores. Dr. Robert and Jeffrey Wright's Bernard Lowe further explain who or what Dolores is, but the apathetic Dr. Robert reminds Bernard, "They're not real." Things are about to get more complicated when Ed Harris' mysterious character or the Man in Black appears and claims he can set her "free."

Based on Michael Crichton's 1973 film of the same name, the TV series is described as a dark odyssey about the dawn of artificial consciousness and the future of sin. Jonathan Nolan and Lisa Joy created the show and executive produce it along with J. J. Abrams and Bryan Burk.

James Marsden, Thandie Newton, Miranda Otto and Rodrigo Santoro also join the all-star cast. The new series is set to premiere Sunday, October 2 at 9 P.M. on HBO.
