A construction worker is killed in a horrible accident on the set of the 'Blade Runner' sequel in Budapest, Hungary.

AceShowbiz - A horrible accident reportedly happened on the set of "Blade Runner" sequel. According to Mashable, a construction worker was killed when the movie's set collapsed on Thursday, August 25 at Origo Studios in Budapest, Hungary.

The identity of the victim hasn't been made public and the details of what happened are also still unclear. Rumor has it, the victim was dismantling one of the sets when it suddenly collapsed.

Directed by Denis Villeneuve ("Sicario", "Prisoners"), the untitled Blade Runner project is due Stateside on October 6, 2017. Harrison Ford reprises his role as Rick Deckard. He is joined by Ryan Gosling, Robin Wright, Mackenzie Davis, Dave Bautista and Jared Leto.

The movie takes place several decades after the events of the first film about a retired member of a police officer corps called blade runners who hunted down replicants on Earth.
