The 'Bad Blood' hitmaker plans to skip the MTV Video Music Awards while her nemesis is invited to the show to do whatever he wants.

AceShowbiz - Taylor Swift has no plan to attend the upcoming MTV Video Music Awards at the Madison Square Garden in New York City on Sunday night, August 28. A source told PEOPLE, "Taylor was never scheduled to attend the VMAs."

The news comes after Kanye West, who has been at war with Taylor again since the release of his diss track "Famous", is set to appear at the awards show. According to TMZ, the rapper is given 4 minutes to do whatever he wants on stage.

Kanye and Taylor shared the stage at last year's VMAs. She presented him with Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award, officially ending their feud which began at the 2009 event. Instead of performing a medley of his biggest hits like the previous recipients, he spent 11 minutes on stage talking about his run for President.

Kanye gets two nominations this year, Video of the Year and Best Male Video both for "Famous". Meanwhile, Taylor scores none after leading the pack in 2015 with 10 nominations and 4 wins.
