AceShowbiz - Future is set to take the stage at the 2016 MTV Video Music Awards for the first time at New York City's Madison Square Garden on Sunday, August 28. The "Low Life" hitmaker joins previously announced performers including Nick Jonas, Britney Spears and Rihanna.
In a promotional video shared on Twitter, Future can be heard saying, "My creativity comes from me being in the studio and my past situations. It's about mastering the tone for me. It's about mastering the melody. It's about mastering a style. It's about becoming one with the beat. It's about taking the beat places the beat never thought it could go. My music is a diary. It carries volumes."
