The 'Wish I Was Here' actress is expected to play a meta-human who has the power to control metal in the next season.

AceShowbiz - Another villain has been added to the mix for the upcoming third season of "The Flash". "Wish I Was Here" actress Joey King is tapped to play Frances "Frankie" Kane a.k.a. Magenta, a meta-human who possesses the power to control metal.
She is not the only new female antagonist coming for the Speedster in the next installment. The Top, a member of The Rogues, will be played by Ashley Rickards. The character was originally a male in the comic books, but he will be reinvented as a woman on the show.
In the next season, Grant Gustin's Barry will make a world-shaking decision and speeds back in time to the night his mother died to stop Reverse Flash from killing her, irrevocably changing his past and redetermining his future. As Barry loses his powers, Keiynan Lonsdale takes the mantle of Kid Flash. Grey Damon plays Mirror Master and Wentworth Miller returns as Captain Cold.
