AceShowbiz - Selena Gomez showed remorse after Justin Bieber deleted his Instagram following their war of words. She seemed to apologize for riling him up with her comments. Without mentioning her former boyfriend's name, she shared on Snapchat, "What I said was selfish and pointless."
Selena and Justin were involved in a spat after she criticized him for threatening to make his Instagram private if fans didn't stop making nasty comments about his rumored new girlfriend Sofia Richie. "If you can't handle the hate then stop posting pictures of your girlfriend lol," Selena commented.
Justin responded, "It's funny to see people that used me for attention and still try to point the finger this way." Selena hotly replied, "Funny how the ones that cheated multiple times, are pointing the finger at the ones that were forgiving and supportive, no wonder fans are mad." The accusation didn't sit well with Justin as he fired back, "I cheated...Oh and I forgot about you and Zayn [Malik]?"
Justin Bieber then made good on his promise, setting his Instagram private before later deactivating it.
