Josh confronts Evan for bad mouthing him in front of Amanda, Evan gets medical attention during a date with Carly, and Ben Higgins' ex Caila arrives and sets her eyes on Jared.

AceShowbiz - It's just getting more complicated on "Bachelor in Paradise" season 3. In the Monday, August 15 episode, Evan interrupted Amanda and Josh's makeout session to ask her on a date. She accepted his offer and he confessed his feelings for her, but Amanda said he was a little too late because she now wanted to focus on Josh. Still, she cried because she felt bad for him.
Evan saw a glimmer of hope. Before the rose ceremony, he stole Amanda to tell her about the "real Josh," which was described as verbally abusive in Andi Dorfman's book. Nick also warned her too about Josh, but said it in a more positive way than Evan. Josh found out what Evan said about him and confronted Evan, who kept telling Josh that he seemed "polished." In his defense, Josh said Andi's book was "a fictional story."
At the rose ceremony, Amanda gave her rose to Josh anyway. Evan was safe despite having been dumped by Carly because she gave him a "platonic" rose. Lace chose Grant, Izzy picked Vinny and Emily unsurprisingly gave her rose to Jared. Instead of giving her rose to Brandon with whom she had a date, Haley decided to save Nick because he "deserved to find love." Sarah chose Daniel instead of Christian. That meant Brandon and Christian were sent home.
The next day, Ben Higgins' ex Caila Quinn arrived and quickly set her eyes on Jared. She asked him out and sparks flew as they went horseback riding on the beach. When they returned to the mansion, Emily told Jared how much she liked him, but he was being honest and told her that he now also had feelings for Caila and would "explore things" with her. It made Emily cry. "I don't get why people don't like me," she tearfully said.
Then there was a first-ever double-date card for Lace & Grant and Izzy & Vinny. They had dinner before hitting up a club for a foam party. Meanwhile, Carly and Sarah invited Evan and Daniel for drinking games. Evan was still into Carly and went in for a kiss, but he was turned down. He was very drunk and was found unresponsive in bed, so medics were called. But when Carly arrived, he was fine and they ended up hooking up.
At the end of the episode, Jared and Caila played a flirty game of poker, and Jared's ex Ashley I. arrived, claiming she's still in love with him.
