AceShowbiz - Amber Heard insists she didn't leak the recent video capturing her estranged husband Johnny Depp's drunken rage. In a statement obtained by TMZ, the actress says she "underestimated the toll" that her divorce drama would take on her and wants to settle up.
Heard has arrived in Los Angeles for deposition with Depp's lawyer Laura Wasser at the lawyer's office. The 30-year-old actress arrived at LAX, wearing a black jeans and t-shirt combo. She later traded it with a long-sleeved white blouse and a black skirt.
Amid allegations that he assaulted Heard, Depp was seen in the newly-leaked video trashing the kitchen. He banged cupboards, threw wine bottle and glass, and launched into an expletive-laden rant. He grabbed the camera as soon as he noticed that she recorded his antics.
