The 'Hookah' rapper has reached settlement with the landlord of his former Malibu pad, according to the property owner's lawyer.

AceShowbiz - Tyga has settled lawsuit with Gholamreza Rezai, the landlord of his former Malibu pad. According to Gholamreza's lawyer Boris Treyzon, the "Hookah" rapper, who is currently vacationing with his girlfriend Kylie Jenner, has paid the money he owed to his landlord for causing damages to the property he once rented.

"The case got settled. Tyga paid," Boris tells Us Weekly, "It's been executed and everything has been performed. We expect things to get back to the way they were. We will inform the court that the settlement has been reached and that all parties are satisfied."

Tyga's decision to pay up comes after a judge issued a warrant for his arrest on Tuesday, August 9 because he was a no-show in court.

Boris previously told the site that his client would collect the money from the car Tyga gave Kylie for her 19th birthday. "There's a lot of activity with this going on, but he owes my client a lot of money and we are proceeding to collect that money from any expensive gifts to anyone that he gave or money he gave out. So basically, we want that money back! That would include Kylie's new car he bought for her," said the lawyer.

A rep for Tyga hasn't commented on the issue yet.
