The new picture gives a glimpse of Barricade's 'bot-form which seems to have gotten a makeover as he sports a very different robot mode from his previous look.

AceShowbiz - Despite seemingly being killed in "Transformers: Dark of the Moon", Barricade is back for "Transformers: The Last Knight". After revealing Autobots robot mode in the past week, the official Instagram of the film has now unveiled the robot mode of one of Megatron's loyal Decepticon followers.

The new picture gives a glimpse of Barricade's 'bot-form which seems to have gotten a makeover as he sports a very different robot mode from his previous look. He is described as duplicitous Decepticon sentry whose job is to "punish" and "enslave," with the words printed on his elbows.

In addition to the roster of Autobots, Michael Bay recently revealed the improved 'bot-form of Hound, who made his debut in "Transformers: Age of Extinction". His upgraded form is not too different from his previous look, but he is now sporting Red Cross emblem to indicate that he has become a medical officer in the group.

The fifth installment of the "Transformers" film series centers on Optimus Prime who finds his home planet, Cybertron, now a dead planet. Thinking that he's responsible for its demise, he finds a way to bring the planet back to life. However, in order to do so he needs to find an artifact on Earth.

Michael Bay directs the film from a screenplay by Art Marcum, Matt Halloway and Ken Nolan. "Transformers: The Last Knight" marks the return of Mark Wahlberg, Josh Duhamel, Tyrese Gibson and Peter Cullen. They are joined by Isabela Moner, Anthony Hopkins, Jerrod Carmichael and Santiago Cabrera.

The film is set for a June 23, 2017 release in U.S. theaters.
