The 'Paper Towns' star looks gorgeous in a plunging metallic studded mini-dress as she hits the black carpet event, but she can't hide the painful looking bumps on her back and arms.

AceShowbiz - Cara Delevingne was stunning at the New York premiere of her movie "Suicide Squad" on Monday, August 1. But if you take a close look at her, she was not looking her best that night. The 23-year-old model/actress couldn't hide nasty rash on her back and arms as she was leaving the Greenwich Hotel and headed for Beacon Theater.

Rocking a plunging metallic studded mini-dress, she revealed her bare back and made the itchy-looking bumps visible. According to RadarOnline.com, she was 45 minutes late leaving her hotel as she struggled to cover up the welts. It's unclear if she had allergic reaction or if the rash was the result of something else.

Staying professional, Delevingne gracefully posed for photographers at the special screening. She completed her look with thigh-high black suede Christian Louboutin boots and sported dramatic shimmering eye shadow.

Her girlfriend St. Vincent joined her at the premiere, but the musician didn't pose on the black carpet. The 33-year-old rocker donned a white blouse with a black bow collar paired with black wide-legged trousers.

The premiere was also attended by Delevingne's co-stars, including Margot Robbie, Jared Leto, Will Smith, Joel Kinnaman, Viola Davis, Karen Fukuhara, Scott Eastwood, Adam Beach and Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje, as well as the movie's director David Ayer. The DC supervillain movie will open in theaters across the nation this Friday, August 5.
