President Barack Obama's eldest daughter is criticized for skipping Hillary Clinton's speech at the DNC for the Lollapalooza festival in Chicago.

AceShowbiz - Malia Obama comes under fire after she skipped out Hillary Clinton's speech at the DNC on Thursday, July 28 for the Lollapalooza festival in Chicago. The eldest daughter of President Barack Obama was spotted at Cashmere Cat's set and concertgoers shared her pictures online.

Malia was seen dancing in the crowd with her secret service detail in tow. She was joined by several female friends at the festival.

This isn't the first time Malia attended Lollapalooza. Back in August of 2014, the 18-year-old girl went to the festival for Chance The Rapper's performance.

Twitter users are blasting Malia for skipping the DNC. A user writes, "HOW DARE THE UNPROBLEMATIC MALIA OBAMA SKIP OUT ON THE DNC TO ATTEND A CONCERT. HOW DARE SHE ENJOY BEING A TEEN." Another user posts, "#MaliaObama skips #DNC. Goes to #Lollapalooza. So I'm guessing she wasn't a big #Hillary supporter."

However, fans are defending the first daughter and her right to have fun at a concert. Some people even compare Malia's act to former president George W. Bush's daughter Jenna.
