Lamar Odom Responds to Khloe Kardashian's Divorce Filing, Asks Judge to Deny Spousal Support

The basketball player cites 'irreconcilable differences' as the reason of his separation from the 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' star.

AceShowbiz - Lamar Odom has filed a response to the divorce papers submitted by his estranged wife Khloe Kardashian in May. The basketball player agrees with the E! reality TV star on the reason of their split, citing "irreconcilable differences."

The 36-year-old athlete also asks judge to deny the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star spousal support. According to E! News, the NBA star requests all attorney fees and costs be paid by the "Kocktails with Khloe" host instead.

Khloe Kardashian first filed for divorce from Lamar Odom in December 2013 after 4 years of marriage. Their marriage hit the rock bottom amid his drug addiction and infidelity rumors. She called off the divorce in October 2015 following his health scare.

Back then, Khloe insisted she didn't get back together with her husband but she did it because it was "the right thing to do." Khloe dated James Harden at the time although they eventually split. She is now romantically linked to Trey Songz.
