The One Direction singer wants to settle the custody battle over his and ex Briana Jungwirth's 5-month-old baby out of the courts if she agrees to keep their relationship and son off social media.

AceShowbiz - Louis Tomlinson isn't happy with the photos of his son Freddie that his baby mama Briana Jungwirth has been posting online. The One Direction singer, who recently filed legal documents for joint custody of the 5-month-old baby, is reportedly willing to settle the case out of the courts only if the stylist agrees to keep their relationship and baby boy off social media.
The news was broken by TMZ, which also says that Tomlinson has asked for the right to check all pictures of Freddie and decide which ones Jungwirth can share online. She, however, is said to have turned down the request because she thinks she, as a proud mother, has the right to do whatever she likes with those photos and not even the 24-year-old star can stop her from doing so.
Tomlinson and Jungwirth welcomed Freddie in January and have been in a custody war ever since. They had reached a temporary agreement regarding his access to the baby, but he now wants a joint custody over Freddie as he claims his time with his son has reportedly been "inconsistent" in recent weeks.
A recent report mentioned that Jungwirth had kept Freddie away from Tomlinson because she didn't want the tot around his dad's new girlfriend, Danielle Campbell. Jungwirth apparently got upset when Freddie returned home with the smell of Campbell's perfume, and Tomlinson thought she's just jealous over his new relationship.
Jungwirth has denied the accusation, though. TMZ says she really worries about Campbell being around Freddie because she thinks Tomlinson's girlfriend is a "crazed fan."
