AceShowbiz - "The Flash" is adding Harry Potter's nemesis to season 3. Tom Felton, who is best known for playing cunning sorcerer Draco Malfoy in all eight "Harry Potter" movies, is joining the cast of The CW's series as a series regular.

According to TVLine which first reported the news, the British actor will play Julian Dorn, a fellow CSI at the Central City Police Department who suspects there's more to Barry Allen (Grant Gustin) than just his good guy reputation. Felton is expected to make his debut early in season 3.

Felton has several times starred on TV shows. After ending his run as Draco Malfoy in the wizarding film franchise, he starred in the first season of TNT's "Murder in the First" and miniseries "Labyrinth".

"The Flash" returns with the new season Tuesday, October 4 at 8/9c on The CW. It has been confirmed that the show will do the Flashpoint storyline in the season premiere. In the comic books, Barry finds himself in an alternate timeline in which his mother is not dead, but the world is completely different. Barry doesn't have his powers and most of the world's heroes are like villains.

However, Grant Gustin said that the story would not be exactly the same with the one in the comic books. "We're definitely doing this FP thing our own way.. I've read Flashpoint, I've seen the amazing animated film. This will be its own thing," he tweeted on June 20.
