According to a new report, the 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' star is four weeks pregnant and her ex is super excited about the news.

AceShowbiz - Is Kourtney Kardashian going to be a mom again? According to a new In Touch Weekly report, the reality TV star is currently four weeks pregnant, expecting her fourth child with her ex-boyfriend Scott Disick.
A so-called insider told the gossip site that Kourtney had actually planned the fourth pregnancy. "Kourtney has always wanted four kids, but has been adamant about not wanting multiple baby daddies," the insider explained and added that the 37-year-old's famous family initially found the news shocking, but "eventually came around to the idea."
The site went on claiming that Kourtney's longtime partner Scott was thrilled upon learning that he was going to have another kid. "He's been doting on her and the kids ever since they found out," the source said. "This baby may even get them back together!"
However, Gossip Cop can confirm that the pregnancy report is bogus. In response to the story, a rep for Kourtney has told the site that the In Touch article is "not true."
Kourtney and Disick are parents to 6-year-old Mason, 3-year-old Penelope and 1-year-old Reign. The pair split last year but are still good friends as they're frequently seen together with or without their kids. "Everyone relax. We have three kids together. We spend time together," she said earlier this year about their relationship status.
