The full visuals for the 'Star Trek Beyond' song is set to premiere in IMAX theaters and later on Tidal and Vevo this Thursday, June 30.

AceShowbiz - Rihanna has taken to Instagram to reveal that she's releasing the official music video for her new single, "Sledgehammer", on Thursday, June 30. To build the anticipation, she lets fans take a peek into the clip via a photo and a short preview she shared along with the announcement.
The still shows RiRi sporting a red outfit and alien-like face paint. In the 30-second video, she's seen singing and dancing alone in a deserted landscape. In the captions for both teasers, the Bajan beauty said that the forthcoming visuals would be the first to premiere in IMAX theaters. It will be debuted at 9 A.M. EST before hitting Tidal and Vevo later at 10 A.M. EST.
Written by Sia Furler, whom RiRi previously worked with on the 2012 hit "Diamonds", "Sledgehammer" was first teased by the 28-year-old songbird back in 2014, when she shared part of the lyrics on Twitter.
The song will now be featured in the highly-anticipated movie "Star Trek Beyond", which is scheduled to hit U.S. theaters on July 22. Directed by Justin Lin, it will see Chris Pine, Zachary Quinto, Zoe Saldana, Anton Yelchin and more reprising their roles from the previous films. Meanwhile, no release date has been set for the accompanying soundtrack album.
