The Scottish DJ says his ex 'controlled the media' following their breakup and explains the reason why he followed her again on social media.

AceShowbiz - Calvin Harris has shared more details about his breakup with Taylor Swift. The Scottish DJ explained what really happened between him and the 26-year-old singer as he responded to some fans who commented on their split on Instagram.
In a series of replies to those commentators, Harris said that Swift "controlled the media and this situation" and that he "had no idea what was going on. So that kind of makes it a lot worse from my perspective." He also revealed why he re-followed his ex on social media, saying, "I cared too much and then I didn't care at all. I am a real person remember."
When a fan accused him of being "jealous" of Swift's new relationship with Tom Hiddleston, Harris said he just enjoyed being "free." "Not jealous sir, FREE," he told the fan.
He also set the record straight on reports claiming he's the one dumping Swift. "I didn't leave anyone and she's def not sad. It's all good," he shared, prompting some fans to call him "rude." A fan, who happens to be a Swiftie, then came to his defense, writing, "It wasn't rude of him to say that. For all we know Taylor broke up with him to be with another man and that is quite upsetting. I would be hurt by that too. He's not being mean. He deserves to feel free while he's single and not jealous."
Harris then responded by tagging the Swiftie and saying, "You're the only smart one at this point." In other replies, the 32-year-old producer explained why he's willing to talk about his breakup with random people commenting on his Instagram page ("Because I want to understand how these people's minds work") and denied he did it because he hated Swift ("I don't [hate her] at all").
