Michael Guirguis a.k.a. Mike G has filed a lawsuit, claiming the 'Loyal' hitmaker viciously attacked him, shutting him in a room and punching him four times in the face and neck.

AceShowbiz - Chris Brown is reacting to a lawsuit filed by his former manager Michael Guirguis a.k.a. Mike G. Mike alleged in his lawsuit that the "Loyal" hitmaker "brutally" attacked him before embarking on his European tour in early May.

"I fired them because they're stealing money," Breezy claimed in a video posted on Instagram, "You're stealing money pal, so you're mad because you're no longer existent...God Bless you. Wish you the best of luck."

In a response to Breezy's Instagram video, Mike's lawyer Patty Glaser told E! News, "We saw Chris Brown's response [to the complaint Mike G filed] that he posted on social media. [Chris] said he claims he fired Mike G. because he stole from him. That is unequivocally untrue and shameful and we will be amending our complaint to allege defamation."

Mike is suing Breezy for assault, battery, false imprisonment, intentional infliction of emotional distress, breach of contract and breach of implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing. The manager claimed the singer was in a "drug-fueled" rage when he attacked him in a room and punched him four times in the face and neck-injuries that ultimately led to an emergency room visit.

"The assault was unprovoked and, regrettably, just another attack in Brown's long history of violent and abusive behavior," read the suit. Mike's also cited Breezy's affiliation with gang members, saying that he "does not feel safe working with Brown any longer."

According to the suit, Mike was hired by Breezy to "repair his reputation" after he pleaded guilty to assaulting his then-girlfriend Rihanna in 2009.
