The Jordan Belfort depicter in the Martin Scorsese-directed movie will give testimony in the libel trial against Paramount Pictures.

AceShowbiz - Leonardo DiCaprio is expected to appear in court in "The Wolf of Wall Street" trial. The actor is ordered by a judge to give testimony in the $15-million libel lawsuit filed by Andrew Greene against the movie's producers including Paramount Pictures.

The film revolves around stockbroker Jordan Belfort. Greene, Belfort's former associate, claims that the movie has ruined his reputation because PJ Byrne's Nicky "Rugrat" Koskoff, loosely based on him, is portrayed as a criminal and drug user.

"The motion picture's scenes concerning Mr Greene were false, defamatory, and fundamentally injurious to Mr Greene's professional reputation, both as an attorney and as an investment banker/venture capitalist, as well as his personal reputation," he pleads his case in the suit.
