Zayn Malik Records New Song for 'Ghostbusters' Reboot

The 'Pillow Talk' singer is expected to release a theme song called 'wHo' on the day the female-centric remake hits the theaters.

AceShowbiz - Zayn Malik is contributing to the original motion picture soundtrack of "Ghostbusters" remake. The former One Direction is set to sing a brand new song called "wHo" for the upcoming female-centric movie.

The song is expected to be released on July 15, the day when the movie arrives in U.S. theaters. While details of the song are still scarce, its title is quickly linked to Ray Parker Jr.'s signature line, "Who you gonna call?"

Other artists featured in the soundtrack album include 5 Seconds of Summer, Pentatonix, Fall Out Boy and Missy Elliott, Mark Ronson, DMX, WALK THE MOON, Elle King and Jeremih.

Directed by Paul Feig, the all-female Ghostbusters consist of Melissa McCarthy, Kristen Wiig, Kate McKinnon and Leslie Jones. They are supported by Chris Hemsworth.
